15 years of teaching experience

Aaron has taught guitar and bass lessons for over 15 years, first when he was a professional musician touring across North America, and later while he completed his studies. He has a Bachelor of Music, a Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma in Jazz. Aaron is now is a middle school band teacher. With a formal education in both Classical and Jazz, Aaron also applies his skills across other genres like Blues, Funk, Country, Folk and Pop.

Aaron has performed with his own bands The Aaron Scholpp Quartet and The Low End Theory, and others including Emily Triggs, John Rutherford, Sons of Bears, The Collapse, Maddison Krebbs, This City Defects, and many others.
